Your new website, live in 14 days β and looked after every month after that.
I build fast, lightweight sites for Lowcountry service businesses β contractors, charter captains, clinics and studios β then keep them running, so you never have to think about your website again.
Most Lowcountry business sites lose the customer before the phone rings.
It's rarely the design. It's these three things.
It's slow on a phone
Someone's standing in a parking lot on Pope Avenue with two bars of signal. Six seconds is forever. They hit back and call the next result.
It doesn't come up
A homeowner in Sun City types "roof repair Bluffton" from their driveway, and your competitor is there and you aren't.
There's no next move
No number you can tap, no way to book, no form above the fold β just a nice-looking page with nowhere to go.
Built for four kinds of Lowcountry business.
Home services & contractors
Roofing, HVAC, pools, pressure washing, landscaping, remodels. You're paying Angi eighty dollars a lead for customers you could be finding yourself.
Charter captains & outdoor guides
Inshore, offshore, dolphin tours, kayak trips. Right now your booking system is a phone number and a hope, and half your season comes through a listing site that takes a cut.
Dental, medical & med spa
New-patient search is the whole game, and you're losing it to a corporate group with a bigger marketing budget and a worse practice.
Studios, salons & trade storefronts
Fitness, pilates, hair, tattoo, detailing. A clean site with a working booking link is the difference between a full week and a half-full one.
Not on the list? Call anyway β but I'll tell you straight if I'm the wrong person for it.
A site that works β and someone who keeps it working.
Fast on purpose
Lightweight HTML and CSS, and nothing else. No WordPress, no Wix, no page builder, no forty plugins waiting to break. It's built to load in about a second on a phone, and with no database, no logins and no plugins, there's far less on it that can be attacked.
Found when it counts
Google Business Profile set up properly, pages for the towns you actually serve, and the structured data that puts your hours, phone number and reviews into the search result itself. If your listing is already a mess β wrong category, reviews missing, profile suspended β that's a service on its own.
Maintained, not abandoned
Every build comes with a care plan. Hosting, backups, security and content changes handled every month, so your site is as fast in year three as it was on launch day.
Four steps. Fourteen days. A date in the contract.
The call
Thirty minutes on the phone. I ask what you sell, who buys it, and what a good week looks like. Before we hang up you have a fixed price and a launch date β no discovery invoice, no proposal deck.
Build
Days 1β7. I write the copy, organise the photos and build the site. You get a preview link on day seven.
Revise
Days 8β11. You mark up the preview, I make the changes. One round on Foundation, three on Growth.
Launch & handover
Days 12β14. Live on your domain, in your name. Google Business Profile set up, Search Console submitted, and I put in writing exactly who holds the domain and hosting logins.
Real work for real locals.
A launched client site, and the other half of what I do β fixing the Google listing that's already misrepresenting a business.
Breakthrough Fitness Center
A complete website for the gym Hilton Head locals have trusted since 1998 β the class schedule, all eight trainers, membership priced plainly, and the contract questions answered before anyone has to phone and ask.
Read the breakdown βGoogle Business Profile services
Some businesses don't need a new website. They need the listing that already exists to stop misrepresenting them β filed under the wrong category, one bad photo doing all the work, years of finished jobs invisible, reviews nobody ever answered.
And reviews you earned that quietly vanished. Google removes and filters legitimate reviews constantly. Those can be appealed and put back β most owners never realise it's fixable. If the whole profile has been suspended, that's an appeal too, and it's urgent.
Simple, honest pricing.
Fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly billing. Every package includes a care plan for the first twelve months β that's not an upsell, it's how the site stays fast, secure and findable after launch day.

You'll be working with me. That's the whole point.
I'm Avery Gill. I build every site myself, from Hilton Head Island.
I started Lowcountry Web Co. after watching local owners pay five figures for a template with their logo dropped on it, then get handed to an account manager who'd never set foot in their business. That's not a website. That's a subscription to somebody else's overhead.
What I do instead: build the site lean so it's genuinely fast, wire up the Google side properly so people can find it, and then stay on it every single month. No WordPress. No page builders. No handoffs to anyone.
I take a small number of clients at a time, because that's the only way the second part β the looking after β is worth anything. If I'm full, I'll tell you and give you a date.
Let's talk βQuestions, answered.
Send me your website. I'll tell you what's wrong with it.
Free, no call required. A three-minute video within 24 hours: what's slow, what breaks on a phone, where you're invisible on Google, and the three things I'd fix first.
